How refunds and subscription changes work at Disvideo.

We want every creative team to love Disvideo. If something is not working the way you expect, review the guidelines below and reach out so we can help.

Free Trials

Trials are designed to demonstrate core product capabilities. Because no payment is collected during the trial period, there is nothing to refund.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You can cancel a plan at any time from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We issue pro-rated refunds when a critical service outage prevents you from using Disvideo for more than 72 consecutive hours.
  • To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of the original charge. Include your workspace ID and a brief explanation of the issue.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans deliver a discount in exchange for a longer commitment. We provide:

  1. A 14-day cooling-off period from the initial purchase date. Cancel within that window to receive a full refund.
  2. Partial refunds when we materially breach our SLA or permanently discontinue a feature that your team relies on.

One-Time Credits & Marketplace Purchases

Credits or downloadable assets purchased through the marketplace are non-refundable once they are delivered.

Chargebacks

We consider chargebacks an indicator of account compromise or unresolved support issues. Our team investigates every case and may suspend the account until the dispute is resolved.
